MV Logos Hope is in Manila


     To all book lovers out there, here’s good news for all of you. The biggest floating bookstore - MV Logos Hope is finally here in Manila. It is docked in Pier 15 of the Manila South Harbor until March 14, 2012. The MV Logos Hope is operated by the German charitable Christian organization GBA Ships. The ship has been sailing from port to port since 2009 with its mission of bringing knowledge to the people of the world.



     The book fair features almost half a million books at affordable prices, with its 400 volunteer staff from 50 different countries; it is really a must to visit this vessel. Ticket only cost 20 pesos and for children 12 years and below, they can come for free as long as accompanied by an adult. It is open from 10 am to 9:30 pm from Tuesdays to Saturdays and from 1 pm to 9:30 pm on Sundays. 




The MV Logos Hope will then proceed to Subic Bay where it will be docked from March 15 to April 8, 2012.
